Tired of chasing receipts at the end of the month? Admins and bookkeepers can now notify employees about missing receipts and notes directly from the Accounting page. Look for the “Actions” column on the far right — if the transaction is missing a receipt, there will be a bell icon you can click to notify the employee.

Our iOS app users can now upload receipts to Mercury directly from their Photos app. When you have a file to upload, just tap the share icon in the bottom left corner and select Mercury from the app selection. From there, we’ll match it to the right transaction automatically.
