📊 Real-time financial clarity, built right in

Dashboard view of Mercury Insights showing interactive cashflow charts, expense breakdowns, and AI-powered financial insights.

Mercury Insights is now live in your dashboard, giving you an overview of your financial data — whether you’re tracking your business or your personal spending. For business accounts, interactive charts and tables update automatically so you always know where things stand: filter and compare by time periods, get AI-powered cashflow alerts and ask a chatbot questions like “Why did expenses increase this month?”

You can now use Mercury MCP (Model Context Protocol) to securely connect your Mercury account to AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Ask questions about your finances and explore your data directly in your preferred AI model, no exports required. Built with OAuth, multi-factor authentication, and 24-hour token expiration, MCP matches the security of your Mercury dashboard with read-only access. It’s a safer, simpler way to explore your finances with AI, and to learn more about your balances, transactions, cards, recipient activity, and more.

📁 Transactions, now categorized for you

Transactions page displaying automatically categorized expenses with editable category tags.

We now automatically categorize your transactions, no extra work required. That means clearer visibility into where your money is going and which categories are driving costs, so you can spot patterns and opportunities to optimize faster. You’re always in control: review, approve, or edit any suggested category at any time. And the more you adjust, the smarter Mercury gets over time.

🔔 Set automated reminder notifications for invoicing

Invoice dashboard showing scheduled payment reminder notifications before and after an invoice due date.

Turn on automated payment reminders and we’ll nudge your customers on a simple schedule — one week before, one day before, one day after, and one week after the due date — as long as the invoice is still active and unpaid. Now you can have a more predictable cash flow while you stay focused on running your business.

🧑‍🔧 Plus subscriber? Book time with our team

If you’re a Mercury Plus subscriber, you can now schedule time with an implementation manager to get set up on Mercury with confidence. We’ll partner with you to understand your goals, walk through key workflows like branded and recurring invoices or reimbursements, and make sure your account is configured to support how you actually operate.

Each session is tailored to your needs so you can get the most out of your subscription from day one.
