Mercury brings all your financial workflows together, so why not your most critical documents? That’s the purpose of your new Documents & Data page, where you can conveniently access and download your company’s formation docs, contractor W-9s, and monthly statements whenever you need them, as well as upload any other documents you’d like to store in the same place.

👨‍💻 Keep track of account logins in real time

Get ahead of unusual or suspicious sign-in activity with your new Company Security log, which tracks all login events — complete with the time, date, IP address, and the device used — with the option to export them as a CSV.

Bite-sized improvements:

  • You can now customize permissions even further by specifying which Custom Users have permission to send money, make internal transfers, send payment requests, manage recipients, and deposit checks.

Do you use Mercury on iOS? Here’s a trick: press and hold the app icon to choose which of your linked Mercury accounts you’d like to open, including your Mercury Personal account.
