Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies with the Mercury name, such as Mercury Advisory, LLC; Mercury Investment Services, LLC; Mercury Lending, LLC; and Mercury Servicing, LLC.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include financial service providers, such as Choice, Column and Apex, and nonfinancial companies, such as technology and service providers.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners can include financial companies and insurance partners.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Our affiliates include companies with the Mercury name, such as Mercury Advisory, LLC; Mercury Investment Services, LLC; Mercury Lending, LLC; and Mercury Servicing, LLC.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
