💸 Pay your bills faster

If you’ve ever paid someone on Mercury, you already know the Move Money flow. Now, your team can drag and drop bills directly onto the Payments page or the Pay Someone screen. We’ll scan each document and automatically extract the important data. Simply click each field to auto-zoom and review your details before sending the payment (or submitting it for admin approval).

💳 Issue credit and debit cards in bulk

Our new Google Workspace integration allows you to create employee cards and issue them to your entire org in just a few clicks. Use it for your virtual or physical debit cards and even leverage it with our new credit card, IO.

As a Mercury admin user, you can access this feature by clicking “Invite via Google” on your Mercury Cards dashboard. Sign in with your Google Workspace admin login credentials, select the team members you want to invite with their corresponding user permission tiers, and assign each card with custom limits. Card invitations will be delivered straight to each team member’s email.

🎯 Calibrate your target balance range

To make your auto transfer experience more seamless, we’ve added the option to create a range for your checking account’s target balance rule. Here’s how it works: 1) if your balance dips below the range minimum, this will trigger a transfer of available funds from your savings account, and 2) if your balance exceeds the range maximum, funds in excess of your target balance will automatically be transferred to your savings account. You’ll still have your finger on the pulse — it'll just be a more frictionless routine.

📱 iOS: Access your favorite cards and recipients from the Home tab

Our latest Mercury iOS app update gives you greater visibility into your account directly from the Home tab. Get a panoramic overview of your company balance, easily access your favorite cards, see actionable notifications like payment approval requests, and use a shortcut to pay recent recipients.

👤 Create custom users with custom limits

Empower your team to spend what they need without losing control by designating custom users with custom send-money limits — these users will be able to request higher limits for admin approval.
