🥷 Fight fraud with ACH authorizations for vendor pulls

ACH authorization | Mercury

Shielding your company from fraud shouldn’t feel like a Herculean task. With ACH authorizations, it won’t. Easily green-light vendors and set payment limits for each one. We’ll send real-time alerts of any unusual ACH pulls for your approval. To get started, head to your Authorizations page and follow these instructions.

We’re making some changes to this feature and it may not be visible to all users. If you’d like access to ACH authorizations, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist.

🔔 Handle payment approvals directly through Slack

Mercury Slack | Mercury

Seamlessly integrate your payment approval flow into Slack. The moment a team member submits a payment for approval, our bot will deliver the details to your digital workspace, allowing you to review and approve right where you are. While you’re at it, you can also check your balance. Head here to start integrating.

💳 Set temporary card limits for any scenario

Temporary card limits | Mercury

Preparing for a team offsite or some upcoming employee travel? Grant team members a temporary daily, weekly, or monthly card limit increase, complete with a specified start and end date. Just open up any card’s details, click “More,” and then “Edit limit.”

📈 Start building your startup’s business credit profile

Credit reporting | Mercury

Building business credit can open all kinds of doors for your startup, from better financing options to more favorable supplier terms. And now, Mercury will directly report your positive credit card1 payment history (i.e., only full and on-time payments) to Dun & Bradstreet, one of the three major business credit bureaus — which can help improve your company's business credit score. To reap the benefits, just spend with the IO credit card.

Bite-sized improvements:

  • Linking an external account is now possible on the Mercury iOS app. Try it the next time you make a transfer on mobile.
  • Don’t like how your AR account is listed above your AP account in your Accounts tab? Reorder them to your priorities.

Don't have a Mercury account yet? Give our customizable demo a spin — it’s outfitted with all our latest bells and whistles to give you the full product experience.
