Your EIN, entity details, and funding account are already on file, so you can get set up in about 15 minutes without re-entering anything. Pay W-2 employees and U.S. contractors in all 50 states, and let new hires enter their own W-4 and bank details during onboarding.Compliance is handled by our in-house team of payroll specialists. We register you in new states, file and pay your federal and state payroll taxes, issue W-2s and 1099s at year end, and respond to government notices on your behalf. You can offer health, dental, and vision plans through a licensed broker and set up a 401(k) through Human Interest. Mercury Command takes care of routine admin, like updating salaries or granting bonuses, and nothing runs until you approve it.
