Robert is an Associate at Cameron Ventures, an early-stage fund primarily focused on FinTech / InsurTech opportunities most often at the Seed and Series A stages. Prior to joining Cameron, he spent time at Financial Technology Partners in both their research and banking groups covering multiple sectors within FinTech.

As a firm, Cameron has close working relationships with a portfolio of financial services operating businesses, focused primarily in insurance, banking, and asset management. While investment decisions are made independent of those relationships, the team works closely with these businesses to identify problems they are facing and find potential solutions or early trends in their spaces. These businesses are often introduced as potential first customers or partners to investment opportunities.
