Bio

Rich’s mission is to rebuild the American dream through entrepreneurship. He spent seven years in finance, including managing reporting and analysis for a $1 billion division of News Corp. His natural rapport-building led to a second career in business development, where he was a multiple-time global top 10 salesman. From there, Rich moved coasts and turned his attention towards entrepreneurship in Boulder, Colorado, culminating in three years as the N. America Manager for IBM’s Global Entrepreneur Program. Rich's experience leading a team that onboarded over 3,000 startups per year revealed Rich’s keenest talent: incubating startups so they can meet the needs of the enterprise, win contracts, and raise capital. Rich engages with thousands of startups from all over the world through his Daily Dealflow newsletter, VC Minute mini-podcast, mentoring and investing activities. He is a founding partner at SpringTime Ventures where he's made over 30 investments.
