Prior to joining Radical, Parasvil was with KKR where he supported diligence and portfolio value creation efforts across multiple asset classes and industries. During business school, he led go-to-market and fundraising activities for an early-stage cloud startup. He received a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
