Krista is an Associate at Swiftarc Ventures responsible for deal sourcing and due diligence, as well as strategizing with portfolio companies on operational optimization and growth. Before joining Swiftarc full-time, Krista was a Venture Fellow while pursuing her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business. At Stern, Krista focused on the retail sector, building industry expertise and a refined understanding of consumer behavior, winning retail strategies, and emerging trends. She interned and consulted at companies like Frank Body, Watches of Switzerland, and Calvin Klein. Previously, Krista was a consultant for over seven years, beginning her career in valuation and then transitioning into change management and operations improvement. Through these consulting engagements, Krista worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients to identify current operational pain points, reformulate processes and procedures, and implement change through communications and training.
