Jed Lenzner is a Vice President at Tusk Venture Partners where he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s venture capital investment practice. Prior to Tusk Venture Partners, Jed led Strategy and Corporate Development at ASAPP, a software company focused on developing AI-Native products for customer experience teams. During that time, he was involved in the firm’s go-to-market strategy and finance operations and was responsible for strategic partnerships. Before joining ASAPP, Jed spent eight years at Allen & Company, the merchant bank, where he was involved in all phases of M&A and financing transactions for enterprise software and consumer internet businesses. He had the opportunity to work closely with the management teams at companies such as Twilio, Okta, Zuora, New Relic, Anaplan, Domo, Desire2Learn, Bonobos, Bedrock Manufacturing, Centene, among others.
