Caroline is a Senior Associate at True Beauty Ventures and a recent graduate of Columbia Business School. At Columbia Business School, she was the co-president of the venture capital club and held various internships in consumer venture capital and high growth beauty start-ups. Prior to receiving her MBA, Caroline spent 4 years at Accenture as a management consultant. While at Accenture, Caroline assisted prestige beauty brands in a variety of strategy and operations projects, including new product launch improvements, effective risk management, and sales and operations planning.

Caroline graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University in 2015 with a degree in Journalism and received her MBA from Columbia Business School in 2021.
