Bio

I am the founder and CEO of Gumroad, a service that helps creators get paid for their work—over $350 million to date. We raised money in 2011 and 2012 from Kleiner Perkins, First Round, Naval Ravikant, Chris Sacca, among others.

I am also active on Twitter (160K followers) and write irregular essays. I got my start in Silicon Valley as employee #2 at Pinterest.

Though I took a break from 2012–2016 to focus on Gumroad, I have angel invested in about 30 startups including Clubhouse, Lambda School, Figma, Notion, Vercel, HelloSign, and Movable Ink.

How they work

For outreach, I need a deck, but a product I can play with is even better.

Please review this investor’s areas of interest, check size, and geographic constraints before making contact: you will have a much higher chance of success if your outreach is targeted.
