Jason is the founder and Managing Partner at Newflow Partners. Prior to founding Newflow Partners, Jason served as head of business development at L Catterton, the largest consumer-focused private equity firm. At L Catterton, Jason sourced the firm’s investments in Cholula (acquired by McCormick), The Honest Company (IPO, Nasdaq:HNST), Third Love, Everlane, and Candiae pet food. Prior to L Catterton, Jason worked as an investment professional at New Mountain Capital and Summit Partners. Jason currently serves as an advisor to Animal Capital, the first venture fund with access to 100M+ engaged consumers across the world. Jason was born in New York and currently lives in Miami. He hods an B.A. in Financial Economics and Entrepreneurship from Vanderbilt University.
